My new Key of Z washboard exceeds expectations. Fun to play, high quality, and attractive - what more could I ask?
I was concerned this would be too small to work very well, but was pleasantly surprised that there is in fact enough area to move around for a variety of rhythms and textures. The mini washboard is hand etched on the back with "made by Tee Don" and the date it was made. These details will likely make this item a collectable at some point in the future. Service was friendly and personable, with a note from the man, Tee Don, himself. Laissez le bon temps rouler!

I bought the black and gold fleurdelis rubboard. I managed to lose one. I ordered two more pair to have extras. Loving my rubboard.
Certainly a good sounding board. The craftsmanship is terrific! I’d like to see a model that is still “pro” use, but a bit more portable. Maybe hinged shoulder pieces that could be flipped over to pack flat? Packing this one is near impossible. I have to carry it separately from all my other gear. It would be nice to have some sound samples or at least some wording that explained the sound difference between the 24 and 20 gauge models. Even "darker" or "brighter" would have helped my choice.

Got my new Key of Z rubboard recently, and it is everything I hoped for. Haven't had a chance to play it out with our band, but am really looking forward to it!
